<br/><br/>樂琰劉曉穎<br/><br/>[“一個新型行業或模式的發展應該會有導入期、成長期、鼎盛期和衰退期等，共享經濟是有機會的，可是很多問題和挑戰都存在，不是所有形態都可以做共享。而且消費者也還在培育過程中，目前隻能算是導入期，共享經濟還在路上”]<br/>現在，你可以穿著共享租借的衣服，背著共享包包，騎著共享單車或駕駛共享汽車去上班，而上班地點可能是一個共享的創業空間，晚上回到共享短租的房子裡，借著共享廚房做一頓飯。如果需要充電或遇到突然下雨，你還可以租借共享充電寶或共享雨傘。<br/>這些並不是夢境，所有上述共享生意都有實際運營的業者。如今越來越多的年輕人開始涉足這樣的共享消費，一批批的企業創辦共享經濟公司，一波波的資本也湧入共享市場，然而陸陸續續有一批先驅者已然倒下。<br/>究竟有多少生活方式可以共享？哪些有運作和投資價值，而哪些根本難以維系呢？第一財經記者近期大量調研和采訪瞭企業、投資人、專傢和消費者，從多個消費產業來闡釋各種不同的共享經濟商業模式以及難以規避的痛點。<br/>各種共享生意<br/>大傢一說到共享經濟，首先想到的是共享單車或汽車，這是比較耳熟能詳的，而除此之外，其實如今還有更多貼近日常生活的共享。<br/>共享衣櫥和包包就是一種。<br/>創業之前的徐百姿在投行工作。幾年前，她在工作中開始逐漸接觸到一些新興的創業公司，其中不少就是屬於“共享經濟”范疇。鑒於這一行業最先由海外興起，所以她會做大量的外國行業公司的分析和調查。徐百姿發現，不同於房屋、汽車等領域，服裝租賃業務當時在國內還是“空白”。2014年底，徐百姿回到上海創立瞭女神派。“國外的服飾租賃公司即使在當時也已經發展瞭五六年，已經很成熟，且出現瞭巨頭。”在徐百姿看來，在人口眾多的中國，這一需求存在且潛力巨大，女生們的衣櫥永遠缺一件衣服。<br/>創業初期時逢畢業季，徐百姿和她的團隊接到一單是某校的畢業典禮。女生們需要租借禮服參加宴會。一開始，女神派的定位是宴會、婚禮、派對等禮服的租賃。<br/>而另一傢哆啦衣夢相對於女神派定位則更為“親民”，該平臺基本以日常服飾租賃為主，定位偏中低端。這是因為，其創始人梁亮在創業時就考慮到國內禮服租賃的市場還比較小，所以成立初期就決定從日常女裝共享這個行業去創業。<br/>和共享衣櫥類似，在線共享包包“抖包包”上架的包包有百餘款，包括愛馬仕、香奈兒等一線大牌。一款專櫃價32000元的香奈兒羊皮單肩包租金為1878元/月，而售價37677元的迪奧手提袋租金為938元/月。這是為瞭滿足還達不到購買高價包包能力的女性在出席一些特定場合的配飾需要。<br/>相比較服飾，共享住宿則是較為成熟的產業，比如小豬短租、螞蟻短租、途傢以及一些分時度假品牌等。<br/>“根據不完全市場統計，目前中國有數千萬套房源是閑置的，我們完全可以拿來放在短租平臺上做共享住宿，尤其是旅遊業升溫，住宿需求加大，非標準化住宿崛起。如今實際投入到市場作為短租的房源可能隻有幾百萬套，未來發展空間巨大。”途傢聯合創始人兼首席執行官羅軍告訴第一財經記者，途傢最近開始將創新業務延伸到全域旅遊，擬在三亞市開展平臺運營、住宿、旅遊、金融、建設裝配式建築材料生產線、特色產品電商以及與之相關的整體供應鏈條與主營周邊等業務。<br/>共享住宿還延伸出另一些相關共享產業，比如公寓內的共享辦公空間、共享廚房等。<br/>頗有意思的是還有一些令人意想不到的共享小生意，比如共享雨傘和共享充電寶。<br/>曾任優步上海的總經理兼全國市場總監的蔡光淵一手創辦瞭怪獸充電，其產品屬於桌牌式樣，佈設在B端商傢店內，如今其正在廣泛佈局消費端。<br/>不同模式<br/>租金應該是共享經濟最基本的一種商業模式。<br/>徐百姿告訴第一財經記者，她在紐約讀大學時曾做過代購，基於此熟識不少進貨的渠道。所以，創業初期的衣物基本都是清一色的美國貨，諸如DVF、MichaelKors、BCBG、DKNY、KATESPADE等一些輕奢、設計師品牌，這些動輒小幾千的服飾（其中多為連衣裙）人們僅需花上5%~10%的價格就可以租回傢。<br/>“我們的衣服都是買斷。”據徐百姿透露，平臺最初的會員來自當時的一些公司、團體合作，對方需要舉辦年會、典禮，而女神派則向需要租用禮服的客戶提供服務。“那些過來租過衣服的女生不少後來都成瞭我們的會員。”<br/>這種服飾租賃平臺的消費模式並不難理解，其原理就是網站用戶隻需每月支付幾百元。就能穿上平時也許並不舍得買的衣裙。而如果你喜歡的話，你也可以將這些衣物留下，購買的價格通常為原價的3~5折。有意思的是，發展兩年多後，公司的客戶與徐百姿當初預想的不太一樣。“人們也許會想當然以為隻有高檔服飾才需要租，其實不然。”徐百姿表示，目前平臺上的數萬名會員中僅10%的業務是禮服租賃，而剩餘的皆為日常服飾。<br/>這樣的趨勢發展也多少讓畢業已經十多年的徐百姿有些意外，但她很快意識到這是如今新一代消費者的生活習慣——這些年輕的人喜歡拍照曬朋友圈，愛美，願意分享，想要穿好看的衣服。但從實際層面來說，一個剛畢業的年輕女孩子要想每天都穿不同的衣服，那麼一個月在著裝上的費用不菲，所以共享租衣對她們來說更加經濟實惠。<br/>記者在采訪中瞭解到，目前的國內市場上的服裝租賃平臺多劃分為兩類：即包月模式租衣平臺以及垂直領域場景類租衣平臺。而運營方則是通過月費、年費以及禮服的租用費來獲得盈利。所以如果能夠將服飾的使用壽命延長，也就是說多租用幾次，運營者的獲利自然增多。服飾租賃的優勢是，會員在支付瞭月費（年費）後就可以享受各種款式的衣物，且不用考慮後續清洗和處理，隻需在使用完之後將服飾快遞回相關的平臺即可（無需承擔快遞費用和清洗費用）。此外，在經濟上，相對於購買，租衣確實便宜不少。<br/>梁亮認為，與傳統服裝租賃門店比較，共享模式的優勢主要體現在“無地域限制、可隨時隨地挑選租賃、服裝類型更加全面、租賃費用更加實惠”這四點。<br/>共享住宿也是同理。<br/>“說到分時度假或短租市場，我覺得這類有兩個概念，第一個是分享經濟，這是不擁有產權的，第二個是共享經濟，即一方是擁有產權的，比如我們途傢的管傢服務就是前者，這是提供服務而不是因為產權而收取租金；而租賃短租公寓、民宿等則收取房費即租金。”羅軍接受第一財經記者采訪時說。<br/>另一種共享產業賺錢途徑則是廣告平臺模式。不少共享產業其主體租金很低，基本難以依靠租金維持盈利，那麼其就要將自身打造成一個其他盈利模式的平臺。<br/>共享充電寶就是其中之一。“充電一個小時，我們隻收取1元，因此不可能靠這1元盈利。我們現在大量把充電機器的終端鋪設到更多線下網點，為的就是做大到一定規模後，將我們的共享充電平臺變為一個廣告平臺，可以大致理解為是一個小型的分眾傳媒，廣告收益將會是我們真正的盈利模式。”怪獸充電資深公關經理呂修全告訴第一財經記者。<br/>當然，通過金融方式獲利也是一種。“大傢都知道共享單車的租金也非常低，有5角的或1元的，但其需要使用者支付押金，因此共享單車會有一筆很高的沉淀資金，此外，共享單車近期融資異常兇猛，繼摩拜宣佈完成超過6億美元新一輪融資後不久，ofo於7月6日宣佈融資7億美元。一旦可以讓投資人看到價值，則金融方式也會成為共享產業的一大資金支持。”羅蘭貝格管理咨詢全球合夥人兼大中華區副總裁陳科接受第一財經記者采訪時分析。<br/>女神派聲稱已於2016年底完成由北極光創投領投，經緯中國、上輪投資方華創資本和多位國際時尚品牌投資人跟投的1800萬美元A輪融資。隨後，多啦衣夢也獲得瞭上市女裝公司拉夏貝爾不到千萬元小額投資，而一年前，多啦衣夢已完成4800萬A輪融資，當時並未透露具體投資方。位於北京的衣二三也曾獲得由IDG資本領投的A+輪千萬美元投資。怪獸充電已獲得數千萬元天使輪融資，由順為資本、小米科技、紫米科技、清流資本、高瓴聯合投資。<br/>在陳科看來，還有一種隱性的商業模式蘊含在共享經濟中，那就是大數據——通過消費者的共享使用，其實可以直接獲得大數據，而在這些大數據中絕對能夠可持續獲得商業價值和收益。<br/>“比如你住宿時的信息、你在共享騎車時的一些定位、你共享商場WiFi時的手機號碼或相關消費信息，以及你在共享租賃服飾包包時的信息都是大數據，這些大數據可以幫助企業獲得客戶的畫像，從而精準營銷。而且你的消費習慣、水平、偏好甚至消費路徑都可以被定位的話，那麼這對企業定制開發針對性的高毛利產品非常有幫助，共享經濟等於同時收集瞭大量調研樣本，並以此獲得信息來持續性開發高毛利產品。”陳科告訴第一財經記者。<br/>諸多挑戰<br/>這樣看起來共享經濟似乎很美好，然而現實有時總比理想要骨感一些。<br/>“首先肯定是成本問題，我們看到共享單車、辦公空間、奢侈品等領域的購入和維護成本是很高的，因此如果要開發共享經濟，一定要選對品類，有些低價值低租金價格的品類其實很難盈利，除非其可以找到其他獲利點，比如假設你可以把共享充電寶真的變成好像分眾傳媒那樣的廣告平臺倒也未嘗不可。就怕其他獲利渠道沒有打通，依舊依靠租金賺錢的共享產業模式難以負荷運維成本。我們看到共享雨傘剛剛推出就幾乎都損耗瞭，這說明這種品類不適合做共享模式。”陳科對第一財經記者分析道。<br/>第一財經記者采訪魔方、V領地、青客、水滴、貝客、友社等公寓業者後瞭解到，共享生活空間、廚房等需要投入高額成本，雖然這可以在一定程度上加強租戶的社交性，但如果配套過多這樣的共享設備則直接影響業者的利潤。<br/>除瞭成本，某些品類的共享經濟還有其特殊問題，比如對於服飾租賃平臺而言，大多數消費者的傳統觀念認為，畢竟衣物貼身，用戶對於“二手租衣”衛生狀況會較為在意。第一財經記者在采訪中瞭解到諸如女神派、哆啦衣夢目前是通過自建洗衣系統，也有將業務外包的，比如衣二三。需要指出的是，無論是自建還是外包，如果出租的服飾一旦讓用戶在衛生上體驗感不好，那麼客戶的流失就不可避免。<br/>而且如何滿足越來越挑剔的顧客要求也是挑戰。服飾上新速度要快，在快時尚的帶動下，越來越多的服飾品牌加快上新速度，推動流行更新率。女神派稱，目前每日上新在50款左右，而哆啦衣夢的上新頻次則是一周上新100~200款。記者在采訪中也註意到，這些平臺開始越來越多需要國內的設計師、小眾品牌的合作，以尋求服飾的新鮮感。換而言之，通過高頻次更新能夠不斷吸引客戶留在平臺上，獲得更多的新用戶。此外，庫存難把握，即如何在控制庫存成本以及滿足客戶需求間找到平衡也是這些租衣平臺需要在後續發展壯大中解決的問題。<br/>有公開資料顯示，國內的共享衣櫥平臺基本都在2015年成立，到現在那些實力不足的小平臺大多數已經倒閉。從目前看來，如今通過資本寒冬存活下來的這幾傢服飾租賃平臺總體規模並不大，並且也並未出現一傢獨大的局面，一傢獨攬的情況在短時間內似乎也很難出現。真格基金劉元此前表示，這個市場，用戶其實還較為小眾，用戶群體還沒有被真正挖掘出來，僧多粥少，困難可想而知，這個市場還可能有很多試錯。<br/>此外還有本土化問題。<br/>“中國短租市場起源於‘過渡性需求’，比如求醫、求學，以低價格的合租房為主。而從2014年、2015年起隨著傳統跟團遊向休閑度假遊的轉變，短租才真正成為區別於酒店標準住宿的旅遊住宿新形式。也是這兩年，共享經濟，尤其是以滴滴、Uber為代表的出行共享理念被中國消費者所廣泛接受，並且2015年Airbnb進駐中國，與Airbnb模式相近的國內短租也趕上瞭‘共享經濟’的大潮。國外的房子以別墅為主，房東與房客住在一起，不同樓層影響不大，但國內短租房大多以兩居、三居為主，陌生人住在一起既不方便，體驗也不好。此外，國外的信用機制比國內要完善許多，這些都是中國市場和海外市場的差異。因此共享住宿不能照搬海外模式，一定要本土化操作。比如，同樣是住到別人傢裡，螞蟻短租的房客與房東是不住在一起的，因為這更符合中國消費者習慣。”螞蟻短租CEO申志強告訴第一財經記者。<br/>值得註意的還有政策風險。共享住宿產業，尤其是非標準化的民宿，目前該領域在證照手續和住客登記、管理等方面的規范化並不十分明確，一旦發生意外或者糾紛很難處理，也會給民宿經營者帶來麻煩，甚至被迫關停。<br/>“一個新型行業或模式的發展應該會有導入期、成長期、鼎盛期和衰退期等，現在人們對物質生活的要求越來越高，同時也的確有閑置資源，因此共享經濟是有機會的，可是很多問題和挑戰都存在，不是所有形態都可以做共享。而且消費者也還在培育過程中，目前隻能算是導入期，共享經濟還在路上。”羅軍認為。<br/><br/>
